During my recent stay at the Courtyard Bloomington for a corporate retreat, I found an intriguing mix of functionality and comfort that caters well to business travelers. The hotel boasts 1100 square feet of versatile meeting space, ideal for workshops and conferences. I took advantage of the reliable internet access, which made working remotely seamless. While I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, I did have a hiccup: my room was double booked. This resulted in an awkward moment with a surprise visitor during a transition from a comedy show. Fortunately, the staff was responsive, with Robert promising to investigate. The location, a few blocks from downtown, is quite practical, despite an initial impression of the neighborhood. The $15 secure parking across the street is a plus, too.
